Apollo 14’s Astronaut Wore A Rolex GMT Master Reference 1675
Straight from the archives of NASA, TTT get a rare insight into the preparation for a launch into space and most importantly – footage of a Rolex GMT Master Ref. 1675 sliding over a space suit.
On January 31, 1971 LEM pilot Edgar D. Mitchell prepares for the launch of the Apollo 14 mission. At 4:58 into the NASA’s Spacecraft Film, we see him securing what appears to be a Rolex GMT Master. These are the gems that highlight the involvement and dependency on this incredible industry.
